Portable Webcast Equipment for Rent
Our special Webcaster-3 system is a self-contained unit, with plug-and-play simplicity: video/audio in and network out. The real-time image quality is the best picture quality on the Internet today, as if you had spent hours of off-line tweaking and rendering. While webcasting live, an archive is saved to the hard drive which can be posted to the servers for video-on-demand, and recorded on DVD with the internal drive for a physical back-up. The Webcaster can create up to three simultaneous streams, and can be built as a single stream, dual stream, or three stream encoder. PowerPoint slide push software from vendors such as SofTV or Encoder Script, can be integrated easily for PowerPoint synchronization.

A web page can provide enduring value to your one-time event. Surround the saved video with links to resources, sign-up forms, contests, pop-up quizzes to insure audience attention, threaded discussion groups, and other participatory elements.
 Serving/Hosting
A real human server manager will verify your connections and insure your webcast is working well. Our super servers stream worldwide from a huge hub of all the major Internet backbones, providing better service than any CDN or "edge" network or distributed server method. After the live event, the archive is posted for on-demand viewing, and the presentation templates are updated to point to the saved video, complete with all the same PowerPoint and other presentation commands embedded in the video.

When pre-event issues of connectivity come up, and believe us they do, we will take the time to work with the provider to verify that the appropriate ports are open, and test the live stream, ftp connection and any other functionality such as script commands for slide pushes..
