CVS Encoder Script

The easy way to synchronize PowerPoint and other graphics and URLS.

For Windows Media Encoder 4*
NT/98/XP/ME/2000
Use up to three capture cards in one system, and control them all simultaneously.
Select any three .ASD preset files, and launch all three sessions.

Then start and stop all three sessions with a single click.

Script commands are entered in a list. At show time, just highlight an command and click "send".

Events are time stamped with the show's running time.

Event lists can be saved and reused, or edited.

The video archive retains the embedded commands and repeats the commands with every video-on-demand viewing, or edit the archive with Microsoft ASF Indexer (included with purchase).

You can push any URL from any web server into the open browser, or into a designated frame of a frame-set page. Push .JPG's, java, forms, chat, even other archived videos, on demand.

You can also send event markers and use .ASX script pages to execute functions upon the event, such as "go to commercial, then return to live stream".

CVS Encoder Script works with any web server, to push any web page. Other push software requires a separate computer to select the slides, but CVS Encoder Script runs on the encoding computer itself.

(*Tests have shown that the quality from Encoder 4 is every bit as good as the quality from Encoder 7. Encoder 7 permits use of the Video8 codec, which, if frame rates are set too high, does a better job of generating key frames to minimize jerky playback, but if you make proper frame rate settings in Encoder 4 using the MP4v3 codec, then the problem never happens in the first place and it looks better!  Encoder 4 requires less CPU power so you can encode higher bit rates without maxing out the CPU.)
