We can make a version that works for very low bit rate dial-up, maintaining smooth motion with some reduction in frame rate, image size, and clarity.
Picture Push
Uses Java or ActiveX to push images, like a webcam on steroids. Passes through firewalls just like any JPEG image would. Minimal delay, typically less than a second. Can be captured and stored as a sequence of images. Includes remote camera control. Audio is optional.
